Douglas was born and raised in Maryland, where he attended Frostburg State University for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees before moving to Illinois to begin his career as an athletic trainer. Through his experience in the high school and industrial settings, he has furthered his passion and ability to help athletes and non-athletes alike in improving their health and performance.
