Conner cultivated a deep passion for fitness through his involvement in sports, strength & conditioning clubs, and weight lifting classes during his time at Oswego East High School. Competing in wrestling and track & field fueled his interest in understanding the human body. This led him to major in kinesiology, where he delved into the anatomy and physiological aspects of physical activity. Conner's studies at Northern Illinois University (NIU) sparked a dual interest in becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and a strength and conditioning specialist. He recently graduated from NIU with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Minor in Nutrition, and Magna Cum Laude. Currently, Conner is working as a physical therapy clinical tech at Achieve Sports Medicine. He's gearing up to take the exam for his Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through NSCA CSCS. Additionally, Conner has applied to the College of DuPage (COD) to further pursue his interest in PTA. Beyond his career interests and fitness pursuits, Conner enjoys drawing, traveling, engaging in combat sports, playing video games, and is an animal enthusiast.
